Optometrist Jane I. Aug, O.D.

Optometrist Dr. Aug was born and raised in Illinois. She attended Illinois State University and graduated with a degree in Business. After working in the insurance industry, Dr. Aug returned to school to pursue a degree in Optometry eye care at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Aug received her doctorate of Optometry in 1999.

After graduation, Dr. Aug remained in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania working for a large ophthalmology eye care group as a primary optometric care provider. In 2002 Dr. Aug joined the Gailey Eye clinic. She provides primary eye care including routine eye exams, standard and bifocal contact lens service, pre and post-operative eye care, and treatment and management of ocular disease.

Dr. Aug is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Illinois Optometric association. She is also a member of the Danville Rotary Club and the Danville Women's Executive Club. Dr. Aug enjoys cooking, hiking, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
